　　Li Shaode

      Mr. LI Shaode is Chairman of the Board and Party Secretary of China Shipping (Group) Company. He joined Shanghai Maritime Affairs Bureau in 1968; from 1968 to 1997, he used to be Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Tanker Fleet, Head of Personnel Department of Shanghai Maritime Affairs Bureau. At the same time, he worked as the Deputy Director General of Shanghai Maritime Affairs Bureau, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Haixing Liner Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Shanghai Maritime (Group) Company; he started to work as Vice President of China Shipping (Group) Company in 1997; Party Secretary of China Shipping (Group) Company from 2003; President and Party Secretary of China Shipping (Group) Company from June 2006. He worked as President and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of China Shipping (Group) Company in November 24th, 2006, Chairman of the Board and Party Secretary of China Shipping (Group) Company from August 25th, 2011. He graduated from Shanghai Maritime Institute in 1983, majored in Shipping Management. He obtained Master Degree of Engineering in 1997 and becomes guest professor of Dalian Maritime University and Shanghai Maritime University. He is Vice President of China Ship-owners Association currently. He won the title of expert entitled to government special subsidy in 1999.

   Xu Lirong

   　Mr. XU Lirong is Director, General Manager and party group member of China Shipping (Group) Company. He started to work in March 1975, working on the positions of Deputy Head of No. 1 Management Department, Assistant of General Manager, General Manager of Shanghai Ocean Shipping Company, Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Secretary of Party Committee of COSCO Freight Co., Ltd., President and Secretary of Party Committee of Shanghai Shipping Exchange, General Manager, Party Committee Member and Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Ocean Shipping Company), Deputy General Manager, Party Committee Member and Deputy Secretary of China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, Vice President, Chairman of Worker’s Union and Party Committee Member of China COSCO Shipping (Group) Company. He started to work as Director, General Manager and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company on August 25th, 2011. XU Lirong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majored in ocean ship-handling, obtained MBA degree of Shanghai Maritime University, has been a senior engineer. 

 

　Lin Jianqing

　　 Mr. Lin Jianqing has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2005. He had been the Vice President of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1997 to 2005.
     Mr. Lin Jianqing graduated from Turbine Department of Dalian Maritime University in 1982, and got his Master Degree in Planning and Management of Transport from Dalian Maritime University in 1999. In 2003, he was awarded the Doctorate of International Business Management by East China Normal University.
Currently he is the Vice Chairman of Shanghai Marine Engineering Academic Society.

 

　Wang Daxiong

      Mr. Wang Daxiong has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since 2005. He took the position of vice president in 2001. And prior to that, he had been the CFO of China Shipping (Group) Company from 1997 to 2001.
       Mr. Wang Daxiong graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in 1983, majoring in Finance of Water Transportation Management.
Currently Mr. Wang is the Chairman of Shanghai Transportation Account Association.

 

　Zhang Guofa

      Mr. Zhang Guofa has been the Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Shipping (Group) Company since November 2005.He took office as the executive presidentfrom November 2004. Prior to that, he had worked in the Ministry of Communications.
       Mr. Zhang Guofa graduated from Wuhan University in 1988, and got his Master and Doctor Degree in 1991 and 1997 respectively.

 

  Xu Wenrong

     Mr. XU Wenrong is Discipline Inspection Team Leader and party group member of China Shipping (Group) Company. He started to work as Deputy Director General of China Oil Geophysical Prospecting Bureau from November 1997; as Director General and Deputy Party Secretary of China Oil Geophysical Prospecting Bureau from December 1999; Vice Chairman of the Board, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of BGP Inc., China National Petroleum Corporation from December 2002; Assistant of General Manager of China National Petroleum Corporation from January 2004. Meanwhile, he worked as Head of Research and Development Department of the Group Company, Chairman of the Board of CNPC Services and Engineering Ltd. He has been working as Discipline Inspection Team Leader and party group member of China Shipping (Group) Company from June 2011. Comrade XU Wenrong graduated from East China Petroleum Institute as a college graduate, and becomes a professor level senior engineer.

 

　Su Min

　 　The chief accountant of China Shipping, was born in February 1968, who once worked as Chief of Finance in Anhui Economic and Trade Commission Office, deputy director, deputy director of general office and deputy director of institute in Anhui Economic and Trade Commission Authority Service Center, property administration assistant commissioner in The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission in Anhui province, chief accountant in Anhui Province Energy Group Co., Ltd., and the vice president and chief accountant in Anhui Province Energy Group Co., Ltd. In July 2011, Su Min is the chief accountant of China Shipping. Su Min graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1990, got MBA and became senior accountant, CPA and CPV in 2002.
